What would seem outrageous to some in one city may seem like a perfect bargain to others in another. At nearly $1M, this apartment is a swanky pad for NYC…yet a tiny little box if you are living in Dallas. Seems like many perspectives shift, distort, change, and reflect here in Dallas.
