A LOOK
INSIDE MY HEAD

When I was only ten, I learned how to type on a manual typewriter. A-S-D-F...J-K-L-;...since then, I’ve written over 2,000 blogs and enjoy sharing my words with others.

As a writer, you see the world around you as a story waiting to be told. Every experience acts as an actor for this beautiful story we’re fortunate enough to call “life.” I hope you appreciate my writing as much as I’ve had, living the story.

Thanksgiving

Writing
"We've got it all wrong. We should be thankful every day, and have one day to complain!" My life is beautiful. That could sum up this entire blog entry. On Thanksgiving, we're reminded to give thanks for all that we have in our lives; the people, places, times, opportunities and.

Lies we hear

Writing
I recently sat down with a friend of mine and discussed the lies that we hear from others on a regular basis. I find it no accident that inner qualities, values and skill-sets are whittled down to dull stubs by the time many of us reach our adult years;.

Mirror

Writing
Some recent conversations I've had have involved the subject of 'mirrors' and the reflection we see when we look in the mirror. The mirror can be one of the hardest places to stand, because we often use it to uncover and correct our blemishes, rather than to see and appreciate.

Writing

Writing
Life looks so much different in 'real life' than it does on television. In Asia, one of the marketing methods used in commercials is to paint an 'ideal world' of happiness, success and overall well-being. As an ever-maturing adult, I'm learning to find the joy in the little things life.

Acceptance

Writing
"Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life." What I've come to understand about others is that many of them will absolutely let you down at some point or another. Whether.

Reflection

Writing
My beloved blue lobster died this weekend. He recently molted and had everything to look forward to in life. He will be missed dearly. "Different people awaken different beasts inside of us" is a quote I recently saw on Pinterest. For all of the fluffy pretenses we make about our.
