WELCOME
TO MY WORLD

When I was only ten, I learned how to type on a manual typewriter. A-S-D-F...J-K-L-;...since then, I’ve written over 2,000 blogs and enjoy sharing my words with others.

As a writer, you see the world around you as a story waiting to be told. Every experience acts as an actor for this beautiful story we’re fortunate enough to call “life.” I hope you appreciate my writing as much as I’ve had, living the story.

Today has definitely felt like a Monday. In light of server issues and imposing deadlines, I was saddened to see the death of my betta fish. While it may seem silly to be sad about the loss of something like a fish, it's been mine for almost two years and.

"We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery, we need humanity. More than cleverness, we need kindness...even now, my voice is reaching millions across the world...victims of a system that makes men torture...don't give yourself to these men. You are not cattle. "Advertising has them chasing cars and clothes. Working jobs we hate, so we can buy sh*t we don't need." Chuck Palahniuk - Fight Club While I've had my fair share of disagreements/agreements on the way my parents decided to raise our family, one of the things I'm now thankful for is.

Waking up. I became so used to living a stressful life that demanded I wake up with a racing pulse and immediate urge to speed lukewarm coffee into my system. Finding a nonexistent edge I was wrong about needing. Some things take time, effort, diligence, and heart. Such is life..

Note From Aaron: For several years after the passing of my Dad, I would write letters to him - on and off of this blog - as a way to remember. While I am unsure of whether or not I'll ever 'see' my Dad again, due to a shift in my.

I've seen far more people talk about how hard, difficult, and ugly life is, than those who call it beautiful, free, and wonderful. "We die the way we live" is one of my favorite sayings. I believe it to be true. Given my stay-at-home-hermit-nature I've had for several years, I.

“Safe?” said Mr. Beaver; “don’t you hear what Mrs. Beaver tells you? Who said anything about safe? ‘Course he isn’t safe. But he’s good. He’s the King, I tell you.” The above quote, which anybody who knows me will be shocked to see I used, is from The Lion, The Witch,.

One of my favorite moments from Spartacus: Gods Of The Arena is the moment before the last fight of the season; the Primus. It was a fight, to the death, where 20+ gladiators entered into the ring and only one would emerge the victor. Prior to the fight starting, there was a.

Given the number of ads I've seen over the past few weeks for the celebration of Father's Day, I thought it appropriate to share some of the things on my mind as the day approaches. One of my favorite possessions, of all the 'cool and unique' items I own, is.
